this was good, i learned a lot from seeing these things explicated. the dynamics are alien to me (i dont think ive been in situations like aella) and possibly i feel personally weirdly resistant to frame controllers. but perhaps probably everyone thinks this

Fwiw I am very allergic to most frame control now, but sometimes it still gets me. Most examples I gave were ones where I wasn't affected, just going 'wtf are they doing', but the one with the kind/compassionate guy, that grabbed me by the gut and I didn't see it coming
