Why? Presumably the motivating factor isn't money, and by a pretty big margin that makes me wonder what could be off setting the (to me) headache of physical discomfort/effort and psychological burden of knowing your progeny is running around somewhere

I'd probably want standard rates, if there happens to be a lot of demand then I'd raise the rates
