I've experienced more instances of sexual assault in my civilian life, despite having higher total encounters as an escort. If you're gonna criticize escorting for being dangerous, it seems weird not to likewise criticize the danger of casual sex too.

Also, the rates of sexual assault in sex work might seem pretty bad, but if you tend to have sex with many partners already you're already taking a similar (if not greater) risk.

What does sexual assault in those scenarios even look like? I mean.. if they're already your consensual sexual partner (casual or paid).. what is the assault? Only thing I can think of is like, unwanted anal, and that's more rape than assault really isn't it?

That makes sense. Surprising though. Do you think casual partners are more likely to play nice until they get you in bed, whereas your clients have no (or less) reason to lie? That would be my guess
