I was extremely clear, multiple times, in every angle, that the correlations are very weak, and have referred to this as a memegraph.

I would have failed a stats student who thought it was appropriate to make a figure like that based on such weak correlations, doesn't matter how much you disclaim it in the text - completely misleading, terrible analysis, probably worse than useless

It's why I disclaimed it embedded in the image. I didn't want people to share it without "these correlations are really weak" clearly visible inside the image itself. You're pretty insultey for something like this, probably this conversation would be way nicer in person!

& of course they are! anyone who has any statistical training should know that making a figure like that based on such weak ass correlations is asking for trouble - it's worse than useless, it's actively misleading, & saying "it's just for a meme" is even stupider
