There are degrees of "accidental," I suppose. You might accidentally kill someone because you were checking your phone while driving. Or you might accidentally kill them in a way that a way that really is completely blameless.

I could come to terms with an accident. I couldn’t come to terms with an impulse that makes me want to harm children. Everyone has accidents-some accidents have a higher price-but an actual *desire* to harm kids/having desires whose fulfillment requires harming kids? Nah

It depends on how the question is interpreted. If choosing B causes someone to be killed, then it is strictly worse than A which harms no one (assuming “nonoffending” continues to apply to the future).
