I must say, I’m a little confused. You start by saying you asked 2 doctors about oestrogen and migraines. And then veer off into oestrogen and strokes? These are two quite different topics.

if you get aural migraines, many doctors won't prescribe you birth control with estrogen, because there's evidence you're at increased risk of stroke
