In the gay debate, I don't see "is being gay a choice" as relevant to gay acceptance. Who tf cares, accept them regardless! Similarly, I don't view "are trans ppl autogynephiles" as relevant to trans acceptance. Who tf cares, accept them regardless! The question is a distraction.

Paraphilic disorder is different from paraphilia, to be clear, and both homosexuality and trans ppl could be considered a paraphilia. I do agree autogynephiles often do have to go through much more effort than gay ppl to satisfy the thing that arouses them
