I first track myself to not talk too much. Then, if another is talking too much, past an arbitrary threshold probably determined by my own impatience/cortisol levels, I become acutely aware of someone else talking too much
No, although I do notice if certain people aren't talking. If they're just shy or less social that's fine, a lot of my friends are like that and don't usually say much in a conversation, but if they seem like they want to be included I make an effort to bring them in
Maybe very loosely.. not analytically at all, but in a ‘vibe’ sense, yes. It’s easy to recall the vibe and such. I’m guessing this is why you included the word ‘consciously’ here. So in that sense, no, not in the moment at least.
