People with Oura Rings, my ring is telling me I am not particularly well recovered and it’s true I have either had very little or bad sleep the last two nights
I do have a workout scheduled today - do I skip and focus on recovery or power through?

I would generally do a very easy version of the workout. E.g. drop weight 30%. But it probably depends on your reasons for working out and how it serves you?

Fwiw I have had my ring for almost a year and I would say a 47 readiness score is uh, pretty rough. I had a 4 hour sleep Monday night and I scored 66 the next day. I've gone as low as 50 when I was consistently working late and starting early, for weeks at a time. Hope that helps

yeah last time I had a readiness score below 40 I had the flu

well hopefully I just overtrained or something, although would be helpful to identify metrics like these that give me a heads up if I'm about to get sick
