Abortion (defined as "premature termination of pregnancy") must be legally available at all stages of pregnancy.
Also, I voted no.
10 days before birth you could induce labor, or perform a C-section. Whenever we can perform an abortion without killing the fetus, we ought to.

I meant to vote no, but mostly bc of the phrasing. If the fetus has not been born, it shouldn’t require a mental health evaluation (unless other factors are present), waiting period, or the consent of the non-pregnant partner. That is the pregnant person’s decision alone.

"Within 10 days of birth" to me means that something has gone catastrophically wrong and either the baby's going to die anyway or the mother's life is in danger.
