all of them: no. However it might be possible to prosecute him at a court and the prosecution result could be considered a proper reason for his removal depending on the local rules

So much of how I would respond to this in a non-hypothetical scenario would depend on how this man responds when these things come to light. If they were behaviors of his past that he no longer does, then I think there should be room for second chances.

I cannot answer any of these questions. Things that happened such a long ago, but never happened again, can be understood as statute-barred crime. So I wouldn't use this to take away someone from their position but I strongly doubt such thing could happen in most of the cases+

The current foreign minister of Denmark, Jeppe Kofod, had sex with a 15 year old intern in 2008 at a party conference. He was 34 at the time. The was no indication that it had been non-consentual. What's your judgement?
