Does anybody know of a survey creation software that has the following 3 features:
1. Specific scoring based on answers (e.g. "whats fav animal? dog: 4pts, cat: 2pts)
2. Different final results based on total score range/sum
3. conditional sections - or rather:

"which drugs have you tried: caffeine [yes], alcohol [yes], weed [no]", results in being given the question sections that only pertain to caffeine or alcohol, excluding weed.

We still do! 🤩 You could design the Survey like a Quiz and assign points/scores to your answer choices. At the end it will tally up the results! Check it out here:

I know you can weight different responses in and then leads to different outcomes. Not sure about the conditional
