I didn't quite do this 'right'; I initially did the survey to test the diff between LSD/shrooms, but left a single 'other' category if someone wanted to fill in extra. So I have big sample sizes for the first two and smaller for the rest.

you might be interested in this paper, they chronicled subjective differences based on a survey inventory and it was pretty interesting
note this was focused on strong "god encountering" trips
