Is your current diet pretty similar to your childhood (<13 yo) diet, in terms of nutritional loadout like carbs/protein/sugar, amount of junk food vs vegetables, etc.?

I eat pretty much the same stuff (proteins, carbs, veggies) minus the junk food. I do indulge in some sugar from time to time but not often.

Largely because I've developed a bunch of allergies. I liked my old diet pretty well

Grew up with industrial food. Didn't realize until I moved out that it was shit.

Most of the same healthy foods, just less junk food. I don't even want as much junk food as I used to eat, I feel sick if I go for too much.
