Dude. Someone making 400k+ a year can afford to pay another ~5k in taxes on top of an already 60k taxed wage. It's less than 1% of income as an increase that funds other programs that help people.

I would genuinely be hard pressed to find anyone paying 50% of their wages as taxes. 35% sure. 50%+??
