The way she’s segmented the sample here is entirely valid, as long as you don’t take one of the categories and extrapolate that out to the population at large.
Even if this was a bad critique, a big problem with Twitter polls (or any open-access poll) in general is that you don't know the composition of the people who *didn't* respond and you can't assume it's the same as the respondent composition.
Depending on the topic(s), you might be able to 'believable' claim that any difference there isn't significant, but for this particular poll you managed to pick one of the best pairs of topics that might make people with specific experiences immediately scroll past.
