Hey Aella, I've been to survivor groups and a lot of people i met in these groups were trafficked. A survivor network would be a must for a survey like this. Also interviewing police or surveying the authorities who handle these cases are also a better source. But great article❤️

I have personally never been trafficked, but i was in a homeless shelter my senior year of high school and attended many networks for survivors. I also had a policeman come to my high school to bring sex trafficking awareness, thanks to a campaign i started in student council.

Sorry dont mean to spam, but one more thing is that i do agree its not an epidemic per se- but it is a concern and it does happen in the United States much more than most people think it does, just not necessarily an epidemic.

Right, the question is comparison - there's meetups for very obscure bad things that happen where you can be like 'hey, you could talk to people from these meetups.' And this is true, but isn't testing the question about obscurity in the first place.
