Yes, years ago I made $2.13 per hour. The government makes you claim 8% of your sales. So the money you get paid hourly covers your taxes.

Is that a state law? Its been a long time but I didn't have to claim a % of sales when I bartended forever ago.

How is it wrong? She owes the taxes and that’s the only pay she records, if the tips are in cash. If all the tips were in cards, she would get more. Now, what’s bad is the 2.13 per hour before tips. That’s awful
