Realizing you don't want to read it is the first step to stop compulsively reading it.

You may bomb. But if your goal is to make a particular statement, the room isn't as relevant as your text. You have to be ready for rotten tomatoes, trolls, personal untruthful attacks and worse. You get the reaction you want, you might get backlash, you might get crickets

The room didn’t really hook me. I found it too dry and heavy on exposition. I ended up putting it down after the first chapter.
