Age is a consideration. No one in my family is overweight. But I'm 55 and most of my & my husband's friends are overweight simply because the over 50 crowd trends that way in the US. At 30 we didn't have any overweight friends.

These answers mean people lying. Isn't like 30% of the US population obese? If 30% is obese there HAS to be another 20 to 30% who are overweight but not considered obese
