Yeah, my guess here is that Onlyfans banked on mass outrage targeting the forces that were pressuring them. I don't think this was a stunt, I'd guess it was a strategic move after being pressed into a corner.

The OnlyFans CEO said it wasn’t payment processors, it was banks rejecting their wires. Based on your research, do you think this is true? This seemed suspicious to me because the OF October timeline was the same timing as the MasterCard rules coming into effect.

This same thing happened here in Washington with recreational Marijuana dispensaries to the point where most pot shops still don't accept cards cause non-bank merchant machine contracts are pricey. Even their cash deposits were given a hard time at first. 8 years running now
