My experience: someone who's had lots of partners can be too one-size-fits-all. Typically: impersonal porn sex. Someone who's had 1 really long-term relationship, imo can have a deeper understanding of the person they're with. Fundamentally different ppl. Rarely mix. 0-5 ideal.
