I don't see the hypocrisy between a lot of these. They're different things with different implications.

They are different in some ways. But if you TRULY believe in full body autonomy, an argument can definitely be made that you shouldn't agree with any of those as they all tend to go "welllll, I don't want you doing THAT with your body!"

Some of these are points are about personal bodily autonomy and some are about more complex issues which is often a problem with simplistic "libertarian" takes

To play devil’s advocate, alcohol is legal and lots of people do catastrophic things while under the influence. If that’s the standard we use, we should be banning alcohol.
