canada and mexico you can buy many prescription drugs over the counter... I ask my dentist for most drugs I need that my doctor needs a visit for.

you’ll need to upload a scrip from a doctor in the states (sometimes it’s trial and error to find one that will just write it) and they order the drugs for you. no need to test as they buy in bulk from manufacturers; the drugs are MUCH cheaper, too.

Find a friendly doctor. As long as it's not a narcotic, it's not usually a hassle for them to write the script. Just be upfront about what you want and why, and keep doctor shopping till you find one willing to work with you.
