Yup. A ton of morality is based on feelings of disgust really.
We can reach Utopia if we could just focus on reducing harm in the world not controlling people's lives based on subjective gut reaction.

I don't disagree that much of morality is based on disgust, but I think we can still judge people for supporting morally harmful policies. Of course I don't think we should hate them or anything but that's because of separable reasons.
