I haven't run into problems openly and frequently sharing pretty much all aspects of my life, from the mundane to the salacious/occasionally horrifying
I think you'd be fine (though I have a fraction of your follower count and therefore might receive a fraction of the vitriol)

I think about this too... I tweeted about shitting myself a few months ago. So ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I really don’t have a great gauge on what’s tmi and what’s too short.

I think it depends on how loyal your followers are. Some fanbases will turn on you real quick. Others will die with the ship (ship being you) and knowing your audience will help determine your social position on this.
