I used to have a collection of digital signs that were showing error messages or windows prompts and the like. Then I was asked to build a digital signage network. I never joked about those error messages since. It's more like "I feel you bro. This shit hard. Hang in there".

I've learned to *never* joke about people's names.
Not primarily because it may offend them, though that's also true.
Mostly because, no matter how brilliantly clever the joke is, they have *always* heard it before.
And that kills every joke.
