i have such a hard time remembering the guest podcast episodes i've done. when recording i enter an alternate realm, and the few memories that return with me that do blur into an uncanny haze of my own voice murmuring incoherently about onlyfans economics, like a dream

It's the same for me with conference talks. I'm so focused on the present and in the flow that I don't remember my time on stage at all, just the before and after.
I love it. Can't wait.

yeah its amazing
but i feel a lil awkward when ppl reference things I said on podcasts. what do I say, 'thanks i don't remember that but it does seem like something i'd say'

The alternate realm is very strange, especially in the perception of time. If I ever listen back to myself as a guest, I hear myself going off on a 6-minute monologue that legit felt like 90 seconds when I said it.

It’s weird when you listen when the final version drops. I have a “dog sees self in mirror” moment where I’m like “oh, a me, strange”

I’d be more interested in trying to do a session on the morals and workability of polyamory with you some time. Let me know if that would be interesting. I’d need to do it with the irrepressible Agnes Callard and I have no idea if she’d be up for it.

you should be able to see which pods you’ve been featured on spotify or any other podcast platform. similar to how you do for music
for a musician, you can see someone’s individual releases and all their features on same the artist page. should be the same for pods
