Following that, the question for people should be: is it a lab made virus? Or a mishandling of containment measures (of study subject sars-cov2).
This is because I wonder how people are thinking about the origin of the virus.
While your question asks origin of outbreak.

It'd be interesting to see if respondents' interpretation of "lab origin" also shifted over that time, i.e. how many interpreted it as "deliberately created" vs. "accidental leak" or anywhere in between
