yeah, I did see hints of something *hurt* from that. the reaction definitely gives a reaction like hurting something they're proud of
being a passionate beast is one of the few remaining hallmarks of male identity, and making it reddit/soy probably hit people hard

maybe this is my aella bias, but i always take what she says as just what it is, somewhat descriptive out of her head, maybe with some unconscious online provocative phrasing

she's at least 10% less naive than she lets on
but no, I'm not trying to convict her; whether she meant to insult anyone or not has little to do with it feeling fairly (contextually) reasonable to find insulting

Feels like a lot of the reaction is from broken kayfabe, which tbh is 100% on the reacting folks; Online, Not In A Session is different from IRL, In A Session and it's unreasonable to expect anyone to maintain that vibe permanently.
