Yes but only somewhat attractive women, it also have huge drawbacks so i think the gender are even

Of course. I imagine that pretty much everyone does due to several of their traits.

I’d say they have *some* systematic privileges like, say, much easier maternity leave, but overall less systematic privilege than men

*Any*? Obviously. If you want to take a Kendian-style view [wherein any difference in outcomes is mandatorily a result of privilege], it's "proven" by longer lifespan
