That sounds like they decriminalized it instead of legalizing it, we need to advocate for full legalization. As long as both parties are consenting adults, government needs to stop interfering

I am just going by the link, I don’t know the law there: But not being allowed to buy sex makes it illegal, like if we made drugs legal to use but not sell that’s most commonly referred to as decriminalization instead of legalization

No, legalization is what happens in countries where sexual exchanges between consenting adults are not prosecuted (Holland, Germany, etc). The nordic model, criminalising the user/business, is called neoabolitionism (Sweden, Canada, to some extent France)
