Not necessarily, it’s legal in the UK for example and pimping is outlawed but landlords don’t need to worry about prosecution after simply renting a flat to an individual.

It seems like this example isn't legalized sex work, it's decriminalized sex work. Decriminalization is different from legalization.

Yup, make it a crime to sell, or pay for a part of nature, that is basically responsible for your existence. Sounds human to me.

what is interesting is that regulations in Sweden are generally super non restrictive, this seems counter to pretty much any other industry. I would not call this legalization.

I'm not sure I follow. AFAIK and as per the thread the Swedish law is abolitionist. Presumably "legalize sex work" means not that.

In Greece you have to register officially, and get checked every 15 in public hospital. Also give receipts for taxes 😂. The problem is that for a brothel to be legal, Can not be close to a church or school. Good luck with that in a big city...

It's already legal, if we could only find the will to enforce the most basic rights. You own yourself, so anyone who attempts to interfere in your disposition of yourself is, by definition, a criminal.
