It never happened. She is just a liar. Obviously no Doc would say that, but some liars are low IQ and don't see a world wherr people can see through their childish lies.

This is exactly my point - people think the other group is lying or has bad intent when likely they're just speaking from literally a different region (tho sometimes not literal; can be a cultural divide too)

I definitely understand and respect where you're coming from with this but there's simply too much incentive on social media for people to make up stories that confirm the biases of their audience I'd personally rather people be a bit too skeptical than a bit too credulous
