"If you don't like it, move to a different country; you implicitly consent by staying here" is an argument I hear a lot from people when I complain about taxes, but is mysteriously absent when I complain about things like the drug war or bad policing

Where does that put education and disaster relief? Public health?

I generally think none of those above should be the domain of the government, assuming the government would have to violate the rights of of private citizens in order to take care of those goals.
