lol was trying to do taxes on , the site broke. I called support and was talking to various people for 2 hours, and ultimately they were like "I don't know, there's nothing more we can do" and I said "Guess I'll do my taxes elsewhere?" and they were like "...Yeah"

I've never before ran into a problem at a company where the support team literally could not solve it and had no answers for me. The support people themselves were lovely and very helpful and clear, but they didn't know the answers and had no way of accessing the solution.

Xbox support was truly terrible like this. At the end of the day, the nice young lady on the other end just acknowledged, "yes, as a child of divorce, your kid needs to buy two copies of every game."

Once had PayPal tell me that they had no way to stop sending my recipients to my friend's Facebook account and that the only solution was to close my account. Naturally, when I tried to close my account, it gave me and error, so even that solution didn't work.

I used to work tech support for a small ISP when I was younger . None of us had any real knowledge. We were trained in few rote trouble shooting steps “ is the green light on “ if not then this it that . Like a flowchart
