lol was trying to do taxes on , the site broke. I called support and was talking to various people for 2 hours, and ultimately they were like "I don't know, there's nothing more we can do" and I said "Guess I'll do my taxes elsewhere?" and they were like "...Yeah"

I've never before ran into a problem at a company where the support team literally could not solve it and had no answers for me.
The support people themselves were lovely and very helpful and clear, but they didn't know the answers and had no way of accessing the solution.

you totally should have an accountant who can find sketchy but legal writers offs, since you hate paying taxes so religiously... maybe turbo tax isn't made for people with 7 figure incomes..
