Are/were you serious about this if you don't ask for photos? Seems like basic physical attraction might be an important point.

I'm not sure if I experience basic physical attraction like most people do. As long as you're not in the bottom 15% of attractiveness, and are healthy/not overweight/in the age range I'm interested in, you're probably fine.
