In many states, as long as it's not in exchange for a "fee", it's not prostitution. This raises a question I've never seen answered by a court: what, exactly, is a "fee"? a room to live in? a nice meal? a gold necklace? bitcoin? or is it just traditional money?

Well if it’s buying someone dinner then most men are ****ed. As an aside, in the UK, landlords asking for sex in exchange for accommodation is illegal. Prostitution on the other hand isn’t.
