Both very and not very? I have some awesome things about me and a bunch of not very awesome things about me. I'd say we'd end up better overall but I can be pretty lazy, lol.

Well, Covid wouldn't have been an issue for a start.
-
How so? Without any risk takers, food production and delivery would have fallen apart and we would have all starved

If literally everyone had exactly the same personality and behaviours we'd be pretty fucked regardless of whose they were.

The world would be a hellscape with only 1 personality type/set of neuroses/skills, etc

Honestly, anyone who thinks it would be not that bad is not a very thoughtful person

Even if I'm kind and humane (and calm, and charitable, and also hi how are you please find my cv attached), we need more confident and aggressive people to thrive I'd argue, and vice versa. Current world likely hinges on a multitude of personality types

Well I'm pretty sure there'd be at least 90% less war and also existential risks are much reduced, but basically every company larger than 100 people falls to pieces because no one is any good at management, so the global economy collapses.
-
Same situation as me. Except the reason for 100+ companies failing would be because the workers would become demotivated and abandonship to join startups.
