After I'm fully vaxxed, I'm not gonna wear a mask unless it's required to enter a place, I'm not gonna socially distance, I'm not gonna be careful, and I get a lil triggered when I see people saying we should be.
What sort of life are we preserving at that point?

Even if you're vaccinated and two weeks had passed since your second shot, you can still be an antenna that kills someone you've never met.

If that person had the ability to get vaccinated and chose not to, then at that point... idk man. I feel differently about this when everybody now has the ability to easily, freely protect themselves if they choose to. If they have that, then dont restrict my life.

And how can we be sure that every person without a mask has been vaccinated?

We can't. But if every person has the ability to get vaccinated and chooses not to, then imo at this point it's a risk they as an adult human are choosing to take, they're no longer threatening others (who can get vaccinated if they want), and I have no business controlling that.

The vaccines only reduce severity of illness and probability of fatality. As can be seen in data from Israel, it takes 65%-70% population coverage, to make a dent in transmission. Until that point of coverage is reached, masks will still help with source control.

A rarely-fatal, less-transmissible covid is way more equivalent to other illnesses that we've collectively judged worth the risk of unmasked gatherings

Is this another social experiment to see reactions or a minor inconvenience is more valuable to you than others lives? 🤔

do you know how many lives could be saved if we lowered highway speed limits by 10mph?
It's only a minor inconvenience.

You seem to suggest that life is bad if you wear a mask. I honestly find it a small nuisance.
Also, I already experienced a retail attendant (at a place it's "required" but not enforced) asking a person who claimed to be vaccinated, who then refused.
