I'm unclear on this. I don't know enough to be sure it's not, but I know enough to know that the tech it's potentially offering is something that would be extremely useful, and it would be more profitable to not be a scam.

The non-scam version would require some very difficult skills and organizational capabilities that they haven't demonstrated. Eg to allow withdrawals, they'd have to manage AML requirements. a leaderboard that you pay in to move names up or down on, OTOH, is easy.

If there really is an OTC market in Bitclout, and I had any, I'd try to sell all the Bitclout I had in that market. But I'd be mildly surprised if any money actually showed up, and *very* surprised if money showed up that matched the $ figures on that website.

I haven't used it yet, but I've been watching a stream of users report success in it for several days so I'll let you know if all of those turn out to be sock puppet accounts
