It’s a scam

a lot of things are scams, but some aren't, what in specific makes you think this is a scam?

What part of it would be useful? I want to see something like this succeed, but Bitclout doesn’t seem like the right format

bump on this question wondering what’s potentially valuable here - maybe betting on creators, or maybe using the tokens to manage relationships with fans

The non-scam version would require some very difficult skills and organizational capabilities that they haven't demonstrated. Eg to allow withdrawals, they'd have to manage AML requirements. a leaderboard that you pay in to move names up or down on, OTOH, is easy.

If there really is an OTC market in Bitclout, and I had any, I'd try to sell all the Bitclout I had in that market. But I'd be mildly surprised if any money actually showed up, and *very* surprised if money showed up that matched the $ figures on that website.
