I have a needle phobia, about to get needled; trying xanax for the first time. How strong is 0.5 mg? Will it be enough? Should I take 1mg? I'm 130lbs.

Is it for the vaccine, or something else? If vax, don't worry, it uses a TINY needle that you literally don't even feel going in

you probably already know but it helps a lot to tell them you're phobic and ask them to talk to you/keep you talking through a blood draw

Yeah I do that, it sometimes helps though they don't always understand.
