yeah, when I was 5 or 6 I would be up all night with my legs hurting
similar around 10-12

fwiw mayo clinic says there’s “no evidence” (although god only knows what that means) that growing pains have anything to do with growth

wow i just believed i was having growing pains as a kid and never revisited the thought to question that until now
