Many of the 'women have a right to their own bodies' people are really 'women have a right to their own bodies insofar as we think it's a good idea' people, as evidenced by the laws that prohibit women from choosing to have sex if there's money involved.

That's a myopic view on sex-work debate. Sounds like you're referring to feminists, who don't posit that at all. But rather that for every you; there are hundreds thousands who are cornered. And that a women's right to survive shouldn't depend on men's "right" to sex.

Distressing to see the happy hooker trope renewed with fresh language and hot vengeance to benefit exploiters agenda. I know proud sex workers with autonomy, they are an infinitesimal minority. This is what men think of the majority women they pay for: https://the-invisible-men.tumblr.com/

If you think sex workers sell their bodies for money, but coal miners do not, then your idea of labor is obscured by your morality on sex.

I absolutely think coal miners do. I think a lot of men do and get underpaid, undervalued and left behind.

Then why do you bring up job satisfaction as a measure for ethics of work? 89% of dishwashers in restaurants are unhappy with their job. Should we therefore make it illegal to hire dishwashers? Or just to take employment add one?

dishwasher's don't have a fraction of the murder rate of sex workers.false and lazy equivalency.if you think dishwashers and sex workers have the same experiences with opportunity and marginalization than you don't know any of either profession.

ok so your actual argument isn't that one is in a job they're unhappy about, it's that one job is riskier than another? What about versions of sex work with low death/assault rates? Do you also feel similarly about other, non-sex work jobs with high physical risk?
