Many of the 'women have a right to their own bodies' people are really 'women have a right to their own bodies insofar as we think it's a good idea' people, as evidenced by the laws that prohibit women from choosing to have sex if there's money involved.

That's a myopic view on sex-work debate. Sounds like you're referring to feminists, who don't posit that at all. But rather that for every you; there are hundreds thousands who are cornered. And that a women's right to survive shouldn't depend on men's "right" to sex.

And no they are not all happy all the time. I'm not happy a lot of the time. Sex work is a job, and it seems weird to expect sex workers to be happier with their jobs than any other service profession, especially when it's so stigmatized by society.
