Many of the 'women have a right to their own bodies' people are really 'women have a right to their own bodies insofar as we think it's a good idea' people, as evidenced by the laws that prohibit women from choosing to have sex if there's money involved.

That's a myopic view on sex-work debate. Sounds like you're referring to feminists, who don't posit that at all. But rather that for every you; there are hundreds thousands who are cornered. And that a women's right to survive shouldn't depend on men's "right" to sex.

I've personally known soo many proud sex workers with autonomy. I am regularly in sex worker spheres, mostly forums, where I read sex workers talking about the business, strategies, warnings, difficulties. I've been watching sex workers talk for years.

And no they are not all happy all the time. I'm not happy a lot of the time. Sex work is a job, and it seems weird to expect sex workers to be happier with their jobs than any other service profession, especially when it's so stigmatized by society.
