I can answer this one. I study psychology and we talked about this in one of my classes. The therapist has to assess how likely you are to act on this urge. Therapist by law have to report if you're a danger to yourself & others, especially the elderly & children.

Probably just kill myself. Same would be true for any uncontrollable sadistic impulse I suddenly developed. Probably the most dignified thing you could do in that situation. An honorable death.
