Can you, right now, intentionally avoid thinking a single word for 30 seconds? As in, experience no verbal thoughts where you "hear" a word in your head?

Not just 'notice and not identify with it', but actively get it to shut up.
This can be done by choosing, repeatedly, to pay attention to the present moment — all of it, in its entirety.

This is my default mode, there is no flow of words coming through my mind without active thought process, I thought this would be most common answer, interesting!
I dont hear the word in my head. I only really think in actual words when formulating a sentence. But its a constant tornado of concepts and feelings and I've never found a way to turn that off. Even for a moment.
I'm never sure how to interpret results like this because I suspect that people often have the same type of conscious experiences but describe them differently.
