That sounds impossibly complicated for any interesting game where at any five time the pool of possible moves is so big as to making voting unfeasible but maybe I’m wrong? So much to ponder

I’d say get a programmer and set up a web app for this with an pot escrow - there’s probably some crypto DeFi solution already available

You could stream on Twitch and run a chat poll for each decision (5 options max I believe)
